Andrew Duncan, President & CEO

Andrew Duncan is the leader of Tampa Bay's Most Innovative Real Estate Team and the Host of The Duncan Duo Real Estate Show Sundays on 970AM WFLA. As the team's President, Andrew's focus is helping the seller clients and managing the listing inventory as well as focusing on the growth of the company and its agents. Andrew's marketing expertise and attention to innovation has allowed the team to double its business nearly every single year. Andrew has constantly sought out new and innovative ideas to continue to help our clients achieve their real estate goals. Angela Duncan, CFO & Broker

Angela Duncan is the co-leader of Tampa Bay's Most Innovative Real Estate Team. As the team's CFO & Office Manager, Angela's focus is on helping our clients and team members to achieve their real estate and personal goals by concentrating on the growth of the company and its agents. Angela helps manage the staff and transaction coordinators as well as manage the finances of the business. Angela's role changes daily with our dramatic growth and her varied skills allow her to insert herself wherever is needed.

After nearly 10 years in the banking and investment industry, Angela joined her wonderful husband in pursuit to build a true Real Estate Team like no other. Angela sincerely enjoys helping our team's clients with their real estate needs. Angela was born and raised in California where she graduated from college and has found a new home here in Tampa. With many family and friends here locally, Tampa is a great city to call home.

Andrew & Angela have a 7 year old daughter Isela and in her spare time Angela enjoys shopping with Isela, spending family time, reading financial and investing books, running and traveling.

     
   
Karen MacCormack, Lead Buyer Specialist

Karen's real estate career began in 2003 with Prudential Tropical Realty. Since she was chosen Rookie of the Year in 2003, she has succeeded in making her office's Top 10 in multiple years. In 2009 she made the move to the Tampa area and was so impressed with The Duncan Duo, that she switched companies and continued with our team in our move to Re/Max Dynamic. Karen graduated college in 1996 with 2 degrees - Accounting and Hospitality & Restaurant Administration along with a minor in Spanish. Her first career out of college was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which has given her quite the edge in understanding the complex nature of the real estate market.

For most people, real estate is their biggest investment and she takes that very seriously by staying educated and using that knowledge to make the transaction run as smoothly as possible! Karen has several professional desigatations for advanced education in real estate including GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and e-Pro (technology marketing specialist). Less than 1/2 of 1% of realtors throughout the country have the designations and educational background Karen has in handling a real estate transaction. Additionally, prior to helping our team win numerous awards, Karen was the 2003 Rookie of the Year for her Prudential Office, Multi-Million Dollar Club 2005-2008, Prudential Honor Roll 2006, Prudential Leading Edge Society 2008, and won the President's Circle Award in 2005 and 2007.

Karen loves to travel and vacation in her spare time and also enjoys a variety of sports including tennis, kickball, and softball.

     
   
Dave Watt, Listing Specialist

Dave joined the Duncan Duo & Associates in 2009 and is one of the leading sales agents on the team after only a brief period of time in the business. Dave has worked with many first time home buyers and investors and his fresh perspective has allowed him to come up with some amazing ideas to help his clients.

Dave was born and raised in Ontario, Canada and following high school he relocated to the Rocky Mountains to pursue a professional skiing career. After 5 years in British Columbia, he began a worldwide trip, hitting points around on the globe including Central and South America, South East Asia, and Australia where he began his career in Yachting. Dave had the opportunity to crew on prestigious super yachts for five years, cruising the waters of the Caribbean and beyond. This unique experience has allowed Dave to know quite a bit about boating and the seas to help clients who are looking for waterfront or water access properties.

Since coming back on land, he got engaged to his lovely fiance, planted roots in Tampa and is following his passion for real estate. Dave loves to help people fulfill their real estate dreams. During his time away from work, Dave enjoys boating, scuba diving, golfing, and watching hockey.

   
Judith Means, Buyer Specialist

Judith has been a licensed realtor starting with Keller Williams Realty in 2005 and joining our team in 2008, and then transitioned with our team to Re/Max Dynamic. She is a native of Tampa and Davis Island and passionate about the Tampa Bay Area. She is very familiar with all of the Tampa Bay
Neighborhoods and their pluses and minuses. Everyday she is grateful to have the opportunity of live in such a beautiful, exciting place. Through her training and experiences as a social worker in the past, she has learned the value of problem solving and responding to the needs of others. This
experience and training has been valuable in her real estate career and allowed her to truly focus on her client's needs and objectives and help with "the heart of a teacher"

Judith has worked on prior teams that have allowed her to gather experience in real estate development and new construction sales. Robert joined the Duncan Duo & Associates in 2010 after working for several years in sales. After achieving sales goals with his previous company for four years straight, he used his wealth of knowledge in sales, marketing, and team skills to finally make the jump to the real estate world full time. Robert's focus is on finding exactly what his client wants. He gives his commitment of 100% to every client, no matter how large or small their budget. He guarantees promptness, friendliness, and professionalism to every client who trusts them with one of life's most meaningful purchases.

Having been born and raised in Tampa to a family whose ties to the bay area go back three generations gives Robert an edge many local Realtors can't match. Robert grew up in Carrollwood and attended Gaither High School. After high school, Robert attended the University of South Florida before moving to downtown Tampa and starting his sales career in the health care industry. In 2009, Robert got married to his lovely wife and moved to Seminole Heights before finally purchasing their dream home in Original Carrollwood. Dania Alvarez was raised in sunny south Florida where she graduated from Miami Senior High School. While in college, she discovered real estate and decided to pursue a career in this field. Dania loved and excelled in the field from the very beginning, her passion only growing stronger over a career spanning more than a decade long. Her experience negotiating contracts, pricing homes, and marketing properties, give her the tools necessary to offer top notch service. Dania's professional, friendly approach enables her clients to feel comfortable during an important and at times stressful decision process. She has helped clients from all walks of life: from the first-time home-buyer looking to purchase a small condo or starter home, a retiree looking for a warmer, friendlier climate, to professional athletes searching for vacation homes. Regardless of the individual situation, there is always one constant in every transaction; her desire for her clients to walk away with the knowledge they received excellent service and topnotch professionalism. In her spare time, Dania enjoys date nights with her husband, going out with her family to their children's little league activities, and volunteering at her church. Her husband is employed by the Hillsborough County Fire Rescue as a firefighter-paramedic; together they absolutely love serving this community. It was her husband's career that brought the young couple to the Tampa Bay area in 2002, where they decided to set down their roots in the city of Brandon. Since then, they've enjoyed raising their 3 children in a wonderful community; where great schools and all the amenities Florida living has to offer, such as beautiful beaches and world renowned theme parks are just a few of the reasons why Dania loves the Tampa Bay, Florida area so much.

Joe Prieto, Transaction Coordinator

Joe's immense real estate experience puts him in the perfect position to be our team's transaction coordinator - organizing and controlling all of the intricate details of your real estate transaction. Joe's 10+ years in the title industry as both an escrow officer and office manager and his experience in mortgage lending provide him with the skills and experience to work with title companies, mortgage lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, service providers, realtors, and our clients to ensure all of the important steps are taken to do all we can to ensure a smooth closing.

Lori Loscalzo, Executive Assistant

Lori joined The Duncan Duo & Associates as the team's Executive Assistant after several years as a real estate assistant for another real estate brokerage. She has a vast knowledge of the MLS system, contractual and listing paperwork and websites. Lori's present role has her focused on helping maintain our database, mailing and marketing systems as well as managing some of the intricate details of our listing inventory. Lori's fantastic attitude is a pleasure and she's always willing to help out any of our clients or agents anytime they have a need. She also has experience in short sale negotiations, photography, and has previously managed rental properties.

     
   
Daniel Zguro, Sales Assistant

Daniel joined our team approximately a year ago and assists with marketing properties, marketing information on websites, taking photos and videos of homes and communities as well as assistant with some of the paperwork and transaction coordination. Daniel's tech skills also help with some database, drip campaign and email management as well as being the team's main courier. Originally from California, Daniel moved to the Tampa Bay area to be closer to family (he is Angela Duncan's brother) and looks forward to learning more about the real estate business and continuing to grow into more roles and responsibilities in the future.
