Nichole Vanek

Nichole was born in Texas but moved to the Sunshine State at a young age due to her father’s military career. Shortly after the decision to stay in Florida, Timothy retired here out of MacDill AFB after serving his country for 22 years and started up a second career in Real Estate. That is where Nichole’s fascination with this profession began. After years of watching her dad successfully make a name for himself, she got her foot in the door by working in property management leaving the food industry behind. The same year she became a licensed sales associate and hasn't looked back. She is currently working towards her brokers license. Her younger brother, Travis, continued in their father’s footsteps and served in the United States Air Force. He has also recently decided to become a licensed sales associate. The success of the Duncan Duo team is not the only thing that sold her on this wonderful establishment. Two of the other many reasons were their involvement in the community and giving back as well as the customer and staff appreciation. Nichole is a Transaction Coordinator who is experienced with both the listing and buying process and is eager to help her clients with their real estate goals.
