Dennis grew up in Ludington, Michigan, along the shores of Lake Michigan. He later moved to
the Grand Rapids area where he had a successful insurance career for over ten years. It was
there that he met his wife Mindy. They married in 1996 and became a family of seven. In 2006,
they were called to adopt three children from Guatemala and grew their family to ten. They
finally reached their goal of having an even number of people for roller hockey.
Dennis and his wife, Mindy, decided that they couldn’t take the wintry weather anymore and
moved to the Sunshine State. They now live in Valencia Lakes, a beautiful resort-like
community in the South Shore area.
Besides their eight children, they now have three daughters-in-law two sons-in law, and four
grandchildren. They have a son in the Air Force and a daughter in the Army and are proud
supporters of our military. Their children are spread all over the country, so of course, one of
their hobbies is traveling.
Dennis’s other hobbies include snorkeling, biking, hiking, table tennis, reading, cooking,
watching Lightning Hockey for half the year, and most recently, he took up pickleball. After
spending 2017 undergoing cancer treatment, Dennis is committed to living each day to the

against tricky insurance issues during their purchase. Over the past five years, Dennis has
helped over 120 clients purchase homes in the Tampa Bay area, including many who were
transferring to the area for work or retirement. Dennis also assists investors looking to take
advantage of the hot Tampa-Bay real estate market.
