Sam Mende

Sam Mende joined the Duncan Duo team after many successful years in sales and marketing as well as a career in minor league baseball. He has a lifetime of determination, a passion for success, and a commitment to excellence. After combining the specialized skills developed through the years, he knew there was no better team to join than the winning organization of the Duncan Duo. Sam contributes to the winning ways of his team and looks forward to being able to help you obtain your dream home.

Sam grew up in Clearwater attending Clearwater Central Catholic High School and spent most of his childhood traveling throughout Florida for baseball. Being raised in Tampa Bay, Sam attended the University of South Florida, where he was a student athlete, receiving his degree years later during his professional baseball career. After being lucky to have a career in baseball he was lucky enough to find his wife along the way. Sam married his wife Shallyn in 2017 and they enjoy spending their time traveling, going the extra mile for family time, but most importantly spoiling their son and tiny toy poodle Tickles. Now settled in Land O Lakes, Sam is well versed in the Tampa Bay area and can’t wait to help you find your home.
