Kat Bonnici

Katherine proudly serves as the Director of Growth for The Duncan Duo Team at LPT Realty. Katherine has been in the Real Estate arena for over 20 years including her own Real Estate investment activities. Prior to joining the Duncan Duo, Katherine served as a Regional Team Leader for a statewide Real Estate brokerage serving over 100 Agents on both Florida’s Space Coast and Gulf Coast. Prior to that, Katherine’s primary focus was on Buyer representation with a specialty in Online Lead Generation. Katherine has served as a Buyer’s Agent for Bank Owned Real Estate where she was a Multi Million Dollar producer while representing Buyers throughout the entire state of Florida, has owned her own Property Management business, Managed 3 Regional Bank branches, served as Membership Director of the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce and managed Real Estate investments throughout. Katherine has served as a Board Member for the Space Coast Economic Development Commission, served on multiple Non Profit Boards and two Brevard County Committees tasked with allocation of State funds for highest and best use within Brevard County.

Outside of work, Katherine has been proudly married to her husband Gary for 21 years. They are the proud parents of Joseph, Matthew and Christian. Katherine, a small town Northern Michigan native and Gary, a former English rugby player have been blessed to experience family trips to Gary's native England and share their diverse backgrounds with their boys. The family also has multiple animals which adds to the excitement and assures a lively household! Truth is, they wouldn't have it any other way.
