Grant has been with the Duncan Duo team since 2014 and currently holds the position of Director of Commercial Real Estate. In this role, Grant assists clients with all commercial Real Estate needs, including listing, purchasing, and leasing of commercial and income generating properties. Grant has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions totaling over $100 million in sales and lease volume.
Prior to joining The Duncan Duo Team, Grant spent several years in executive and consulting positions, where he was responsible for identifying and managing multi-million dollar commercial real estate portfolios.
Grant has lived in the Tampa Bay area for most of his life and is a graduate of the University of South Florida.
