Tampa Real Estate Team Among Nation’s Best
Industry Survey Recognizes The Duncan Duo in Two Categories
TAMPA, July 9, 2015 – Andrew and Angela Duncan, team leaders of The Duncan Duo have earned two positions in the prestigious 2015 “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” survey. Among 9,900 participating agents from across the country, The Duncan Duo team came in second in Florida for the number of transaction sides and eighth in the amount of sales volume.
“It is a real honor to be recognized among the very best in real estate,” said Andrew Duncan. “Every day our team works hard to exceed the expectations of our clients, and to be honored among our peers in this way is very rewarding.”
The Duncan Duo has experienced significant growth, with 100 home sales in 2009 and over 500 sales in 2014. They are on pace for over 700 sales in 2015. Andrew hosts the popular “Duncan Duo Real Estate Show” each Sunday at 10:00am on WFLA 970. In May, The Duncan Duo were named the official real estate agents of the Tampa Bay Lightning and they have earned the endorsements of Barbara Corcoran, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity and local personalities Jack Harris, Dave McKay and Ron Diaz.

The third annual “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” survey was produced by REAL Trends, a leading real estate news and analysis firm. REAL Trends ranks agents and teams based on their excellence in real estate sales during the calendar year 2014. This group of highly successful real estate agents represents less than 1 percent of all real estate practitioners in the United States.
The survey is open to individual agents closing a minimum of 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume or team leaders with 75 sides and $30 million in volume.
