We generate thousands of leads a month to provide to our agents. This is a great opportunity to hit the ground running and work with clients immediately after some introductory training that will prepare you for success. Its a great opportunity for new or newer agents that aren’t getting where they want to go where they are or experienced agents that have not mastered marketing and lead generation like we have.
We are on fire right now — listing and selling more homes than ever….and we broke all of our team and company records in 2014 selling over 500 homes $100 million in real estate (with only 13 licensed agents during 2014). Our business has nearly doubled every year despite the challenging market because we pay attention to technology, marketing, customer service, sales training and employ referral systems that continue to drive business to our team and company. And we recently opened a new state of the art location just 1 block outside of Macdill AFB with amazing street signage and LED billboards to attract walk ins from the nearly 40,000 cars daily – many of which serve our wonderful country.
We are looking for people with: commitment to education, “techie”, ethical & honest, team players, focus on personal growth, ability to be coached and led, competitive, and driven to succeed. We work hard but our team has a blast working together to help our fantastic clients make great real estate decisions. Company trips (in the past 2 years we’ve taken our team on a cruise to the Bahamas, cruise to Cozumel and a trip to Las Vegas on our dime), bonuses, contests, retreats, social events — we know how to have fun together and work hard too!
We will over $500,000 to drive leads to our agents in the next 12 months which we know is the biggest obstacle for most real estate agents. Our team and company are not right for everyone but for the selected few, you will receive continual coaching/training, sales support, transaction management, loads of leads, accountability when you aren’t succeeding :), a fun office space (our 8000SF building has an inspirational quote wall, excellent phone and wifi system, multiple meeting and training rooms,) with great people and everything you need to be successful. . ..how successful will be up to you. In this role, you will be working exclusively with home buyers that we generate and provide to you – so if you’re not into cold calls or nervous about how to generate business – we’ve got that mastered for you! As we grow there will be a myriad of other positions and opportunities for people committed to our company, their success, and our culture. Must have an active Florida Real estate license or enroll in class to get one.
We LOVE brand new agents or those with a year or so of experience! Experienced agents welcome as long as you’re open to forgetting some of your bad habits and committing to how we sell real estate – which is likely different than what you’ve experienced.
