Tampa Affordable Home Tour – 1st Time Home Buyers – Open House Tour – Tampa

Hello Tampa!

We will be advertising our listings out on the Affordable Home Tour this week. Our team will be out in full force with 4 listings on the tour both days.  We thought it was a great opportunity to harnass some co-op advertising to relay what a great market this is for first time buyers.  There are a lot of great, affordable homes out there!   This is an unbelievable market for Tampa home buyers!  The tour is focused on homes that are less than $250,000 and with sellers that are agreeable to paying 3% towards buyer’s closing costs.

The tour will be advertised starting very soon.  You’ll see it on Bright House on Demand, ESPN, HGTV, BayNews9, CNN, and Comedy Central.  There will also be radio spots on 933 FLZ and print ads in local newspapers highlighting the event.

David Bach, best selling author, has partnered with a local lender to promote homeownership.  This event being part of that – focuses on educating home owners about the benefits of home ownership.  Some of these benefits include:  neighborhood enchancement, creating wealth, tax benefits, and greater satisfaction of life.

A local lender will have loan officers on site to prequalify customers and educate them on today’s financing offerings and incentives.  Buyers will be able to tour a large variety of affordable homes throughout Tampa and be entered to win prizes including $1000 Gift Certificates to Lowe’s or Rooms To Go, Restaurant Gift cards and much more.  PLUS, all attendees will receive a $500 closing cost credit if they finance with that particular lender.
