Her family’s story runs from Wes Skiles Peacock Springs State Park along the Suwannee River to Peacock Lane on Little Gasparilla Island. Her grandfather, a beloved coach, principal, and Polk County Area Superintendent, was also her mentor. He taught her that real estate builds long-term stability.

Elizabeth spent nearly two decades in executive-level strategy, marketing, and communications across academic medicine, healthcare, and higher education. Working inside complex, high-pressure systems sharpened the clarity, integrity, and strategic insight she brings to real estate. Her work earned national recognition from the Association of American Medical Colleges, the Public Relations Society of America, and the Telly Awards.
