The Duncan Duo continues to pile up awards as the #1 Tampa Realtors ranking #22 Nationally for Realtors via RealTrends/WSJ & again ranking in the Inc5000 for the 3rd year

Over the past couple of months, the hardware, tropies, and award plaques have been showing up at the Duncan Duo’s South Tampa office located at 6320 S Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa. Andrew & Angela Duncan’s real estate company has been known as a dominant force locally for years but is now starting to make waves with multiple national rankings and awards this year for its stellar performance in 2015 (that it is besting considerably in 2016, so expect higher rankings next year!).

First, The Duncan Duo were awarded the #22 spot on the RealTrends and Wall Street Journal national ranking list of more than 2 million real estate agents across all brands. The Duncans have been ranked on this list as well as the America’s Best Real Estate Agents list for several years running but this is by far their highest ranking yet. They were #22 for total # of homes sold and #78 for sales volume. We were also #1 in Florida for teams for homes sold and in the Top 5 for sales volume, #1 in Tampa Bay MSA for both volume and sales. This is one of the most respected and vetted rankings across real estate agents from across the country with widespread participation from all of the major national real estate companies including Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and many more.

Finally, The Duncan Duo once again joined the ranks as one of America’s Fastest Growing Companies in Inc Magazines Inc5000 coming in at #1100. The Duncan Duo team has now made the list 3 years in a row. The Inc5000 list is a ranking of privately owned fast growing companies from all industries. The Duncan Duo were the fastest growing real estate company in Tampa Bay on the list. They were also the #17 ranked fastest growing privately owned company in Tampa.

While the awards are great, Andrew & Angela Duncan are most appreciative for the ability it provides them to give back to the community, grow their agents and team members careers and be blessed with an amazing customer base that continues to reward them with referrals and repeat business.
